CT Brain - Intracerebral Haemorrhage (ICH)
- 2 areas of acute intracerebral haemorrhage (white) are seen on the left - in the frontoparietal region (large area) and the occipital region (smaller area)
- Surrounding low density is due to oedema of adjacent white matter
Clinical details
- History of intractable hypertension
- Sudden onset severe posterior headache
- Dysphasia and vomiting
- Right hemiparesis
