- Projection - AP (scapula not retracted) - cannot comment on heart size
- Inclusion - right costophrenic angle (asterisk) not included
- Rotation - spinous processes not central (this disguises tracheal deviation to the left!)
- Inspiration - normal on right (6th rib)
- Volume - reduced on left - raised hemidiaphragm (red lines)
- Penetration - adequate

- Consolidation/mass of left upper zone (C)
- Soft tissue swelling (ST) - enlarged lymph nodes
