- Compare with the normal tentorium on the left

- Decreased consciousness following a fall

- Altered sensation in left arm
Subdural - extension onto falx
- A subdural haematoma may extend over the falx cerebri (parafalcine)
- A scalp haematoma is visible at the point of impact
- (No skull fracture was visible on the bone window images)
Clinical information
- Patient on anticoagulation therapy
- Loss of consciousness for 10 minutes following a fall
- Blurred vision
